Thank you for shopping at MySoul Bamboo. We hope you are delighted with your handmade bamboo piece. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same original condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including any authenticity certificates or tags.

Please include the original order confirmation slip or a copy of it inside your return package.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [Insert Your Returns Email Address] within the 14-day period to notify us of your intent to return the item and to receive the return shipping address.
  2. Once we approve your return request, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Please note:

  • The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. The refund amount will be for the value of the product(s) only.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, your refund may be reduced, or the return may be rejected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Insert Your Customer Service Email].

Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if it is our error, we will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any shipping costs you incurred).

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless they are faulty.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
